Shipping Policy

Since our courses are delivered electronically, there are no physical products to ship. Once you enroll in a course, you will receive immediate access to the course materials (audios, videos, lectures, PDFs, etc.) within your account dashboard.

Refund Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. We want you to be happy with your decision to enroll in our courses. However, due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise noted below.

Refunds are available in the following situations:

  • Unintentional Purchase: If you accidentally purchase a wrong course, you may be eligible for a credit note within 02 days of purchase on a case-by-case basis, provided you haven’t accessed any of the course materials.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties preventing you from accessing the course materials, please contact our support team at [email protected]. We will do our best to resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a full refund or a credit note on a case-by-case basis.
  • Misrepresentation of Course Content: If the course content significantly misrepresents what was advertised, we may offer a full or partial refund or a credit note on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: If you decide after purchase that the course is not a good fit for you, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.
  • Partial Course Completion: Once you have accessed a portion of the course materials (e.g., playing audio lessons, watching videos, downloading files), you are no longer eligible for a refund.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the terms of this policy, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your request. Be sure to include your name, the course title, and the reason for your request.

We will review your request and respond within 07 business days.

Please Note:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for purchase.
  • Depending on your bank or financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
